The script Social media and Your life
Social media is the biggest revolution, and it changed everything. It made a significant impact on various kind of industries during the last couple of years.

This impact affected to young generation so much. However, we cannot say it happened in the wrong way or the right way. However, we could say it changed all of our lifestyles.
At the beginning of social media, it was such an important to have. Everyone started to connect, it was a happy place, and everybody loved it. It helped us to connect with our family and our love once. It helped us to meet new people, start new relationships and friendships. It was an excellent thing to have at that time.

Day by day, it started to get worse. Now it's not a pleasant thing to have for some of us.

Some people start to fade up about their social media. Some people shut down their social media and start to think about their privacy. In 2018 Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg had to attend to a congress testimony because of sharing peoples' privacy and data to advertisers.

Moreover, that is not the only problem we have from social media. There are terrorist activities, suicidal attempts, suicidal threats, cyberbullying and violence spread all over the world throughout the social media. Teenagers and young people are the primary target audience, those who share these kinds of things in social media.

The reason for that is, they start to believe whatever from social media they see is real. They are missing out lots of things from their lives. They think they are connecting with people, but they are not.

They glue to their social media and missing those great things to do in their lives.
Furthermore, we met a college student, and ask about what is he thinking about "How young generation deal with their social media life".

Sometimes we heard the news about "A teenage boy killed himself because cyberbullying" or "A teenage girl kidnapped by a stranger who met her in social media"; who wants to hear a news something like that?

Social media addiction is a huge problem. Adults and teenagers both suffer from this addiction. However, some people understand this and decided to beware from their social media.
Sad to say, but, some people did not even understand the addict to social media. They are spending hours and hours and could not even realise how much they addicted to it.

A 2018 study found there are 3.1 billion social media users and around 210 million users recognised they are suffering from social media addiction. Every day this situation is getting worse.
As humans, we have to help each other. If you see somebody suffer this, reach them ask do they need your help, or go outside and see the world, enjoy your life.
However, we cannot say that social media is 100% useless. There are so many benefits and opportunities we have from it. The thing is that most of us could not realise that, and we had not managed the time we had spent in it.

Codes and Conventions What are codes and convention?             Codes are the signs which providing a meaning a scene, as an example character’s costumes, camera angles.             Conventions are the accepted way to do something. Convention of Documentary 1.       Actuality footage - this is more like recording live situations and events with real people, not actors. 2.       Voiceovers – this used for documentaries most of the time. We couldn’t see anyone but have their voice to describe the things in the documentary. 3.       Interview - the interview is we are going to record a person talk with their permission. Basically, there’s an interviewer and an interviewee, and the interviewer is asking the question and intervi...

Production

pre- production I started pre-production 23rd of January and in that day, I did the example interview. I did that interview with my class member, Thomas. I asked question and having his opinion about social media. Also, I did ask similar questions I would ask for my original interviews. Interview was 6 mins long and I had good comments for each question from him. And this was setup I used for my set interview. I used three pointing lighting. And had to have one camera. And I had big break, next video recording I did 07 th February. I did the second interview with Justin Smith course director of media level 3. During the interview, I asked his opinions about social media and how does he think about students interact with social media as lecture etc. That interview was 12 minutes long and for that I used multi- camera technique first time. re- shoot Then after shows to sample documentary, my lecture commented on that and said, there were too many stock footages I put i...
